En bloc talks are ... pointless.
They talk about replacement, but the cost and all just doesn't sum up.

I wonder, if I ever get into the accountancy / management business when I grow up, I'm quite doubtful of my survival in any job that consists of handling cash efficiently. I rather be a taitai. There you go, my aspiration :D
